Anthony Mignogna Enp, Rpl

Anthony Mignogna, ENP, RPL, currently serves as an APCO Adjunct Instructor at APCO International since May 2023. In addition, Anthony has held the position of Chief of Communications at Delaware County Emergency Services since October 2022, after previously serving as Deputy of 911 Operations from January 2020. Prior roles at Delaware County Emergency Services include Training and Communications Manager and Training Instructor, with a career beginning as a Telecommunicator in January 2005. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where studies took place between 2000 and 2004, and earned a High School Diploma from Malvern Preparatory School, graduating in 1999.
