Curtis Nekovar, RPL, has a diverse background in emergency communications and customer experience management, currently serving as Volunteer Coordinator for the Village of Woodridge Volunteer Corps Team and as Director of Customer Experience at CAPERS. In addition to ongoing roles with the Village of Woodridge Board of Police Commissioners and APCO International as an RPL Course Facilitator, Curtis is actively involved with the Northern Illinois Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Past positions include Director of Emergency Communications for the City of Aurora, Manager of Emergency Communications for the City of Berwyn, and Assistant 911 Coordinator for the City of Evanston, alongside a long-standing role with the Chicago White Sox in park operations.
