Lori Preuss Cpe

Lori Preuss, CPE, serves as the Director of Business Development and Project Management at Emerging Digital Concepts, focusing on CAD2CAD data interoperability since March 2021. In addition to this role, Lori has been an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and an Adjunct Instructor at APCO International, teaching Telecommunications-related curriculums and authoring three textbooks on Emergency Communications. Previous positions include Director of Public Safety Services at NexGen Global Technologies, Emergency Communications Operator at Winter Springs Police Department, and Communications Supervisor at the City of Lake Mary, where oversight included budgetary and personnel management. Lori played a key role in establishing the first pre-hire Public Safety Telecommunications training academy at Seminole Community College. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree from Seminole State College of Florida. Additionally, Lori has experience as a Volunteer Fire Fighter with the City of Lake Mary Fire Department.
