Pamela Kaufman, RPL, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management at Caliber Public Safety since January 2013. In addition to the roles of Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Care Manager, Pamela also serves as an Adjunct Instructor and EMD Program Manager at APCO International since October 2006. Prior experience includes a tenure at the South Bend Police Department from June 1997 to October 2006, where Pamela held various positions, including Telecommunicator, Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Communications. Pamela holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Public Safety Telecommunications from Gadsden State Community College.
