Erik Uythoven

Erik Uythoven is an Aerospace System Engineer at APCO Technologies SA since December 2022, previously serving as a Stress Engineer and Mechanical Systems Engineer at the same company. Erik has hands-on experience in aerospace projects, including the development of a cylindrical CFRP structure for space applications and the Wildhorn supersonic launch vehicle with the EPFL Rocket Team. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL and a Bachelor's degree obtained during an exchange at The University of British Columbia. Additional experience includes an engineering internship at Rolex and military service as an Air Force Plane Captain.
