Nicolas Thomas

Nicolas THOMAS is a Design Engineer at APCO Technologies SA since April 2017, with previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at 3D Systems Corporation from October 2013 to April 2017, specializing in the design of laser sintering machines for metal powders. Nicolas participated in a final project at ENIM Formula Student in early 2013 that involved dynamic simulation of Formula Student vehicles using ADAMS CAR. An internship with Mavic in 2011 focused on the study and implementation of semi-automated operations in industrial workstations, while an earlier internship at CIAT in 2010 involved the creation of self-monitoring procedures on production lines. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production from ENIM (2008-2013) and has also obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University in 2012.
