Amer S. began their work experience as an Intern at Enova by Veolia in July 2017. Later that year, in December, they started working as an Information Technology Associate at APCO Worldwide. In this role, they provided local and remote support to over 1,000 users across 30 global locations and developed and maintained standard operating procedures for efficient IT operations. In 2021, Amer S. was promoted to the role of Global Information Technology Associate at APCO Worldwide, where they administered Azure Active Directory, developed internal IT Asset dashboards, and assisted with the migration to Azure cloud. In 2023, Amer S. advanced to the position of Senior Global Information Technology Specialist at APCO Worldwide. In this role, they utilized data analytics skills to monitor and address potential cybersecurity threats, responded to security incidents, and educated users on phishing prevention.

Amer S. completed their education at Ajman University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Amer attended the university from 2012 to 2017.
