Divya Demato is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and climate consultancy. As the CEO and Co-Founder of GoodOps, Divya leads initiatives transforming global operations into resilient and sustainable ecosystems, collaborating with leading brands and innovative startups. In addition to GoodOps, Divya co-founded Echo Climate to promote climate action within professional communities and serves as an advisor for Rethink Food, focusing on sustainable food systems. Divya is also an International Advisory Council Member at APCO Worldwide, engages in thought leadership with EcoVadis, and mentors initiatives at Unreasonable. Previous roles include senior positions at vente-privee USA, One Kings Lane, Walmart eCommerce, and Mercantila, showcasing a strong background in e-commerce and supply chain operations. Divya holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
