James Bullock

James Bullock has extensive work experience in the IT field. James started their career as a Technical Consultant at Solstice Consulting in 1997 and worked there until 1999. James then joined APCO UK in 2001 as a Systems and Services Manager. In 2002, they moved to St. Andrews International High School where they served as the Head of ICT until 2005. James then joined APCO Worldwide as the Head of IT for the EMEA region, where they built and managed a distributed IT support team and defined regional IT strategy. In 2009, they became the IT Director for APAC/EMEA, where they led and consolidated the IT teams for Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, IT, reporting to the CIO and partnering with executive leadership to lead IT strategy planning and systems implementation for APCO Worldwide. In all their roles, James has delivered significant technology improvements and led business process improvement projects.

James Bullock obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physical Geography from the University of Hull, attending from 1994 to 1997. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Sunderland, specializing in Design & Technology/Computing. In addition to their educational background, they also hold certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2, obtained in June 2013, and a Certification in Check Point Security Administration (CCSA) from Check Point Software Technologies.
