Jose Shanu

Jose Shanu worked at APCO Worldwide from June 2014 to September 2022. Jose held various roles including IT Associate, Senior IT Associate, IT Service Delivery Manager, and Senior IT Service Delivery Manager. Prior to APCO Worldwide, they worked as an IT Engineer at KPS from June 2013 to May 2014 and at VIBSpECTRUM International from January 2012 to April 2013.

Jose Shanu has a diverse education history. Jose completed their Masters degree in IT Management from the University of Wollongong from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Before entering higher education, they completed their secondary education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, focusing on Science and Technology from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jose Shanu has obtained several certifications. Jose received the ISO 27002:2022 Foundation Course and the ISO/IEC 27002:2022 Information Technology - Security Techniques certifications, both recognized by IACI+CPD - UK, in June 2023. In August 2021, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In October 2019, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. Lastly, in March 2011, they completed the Certificate Developing Enterprise Application and Web Services Using J2EE Technologies from NIIT.
