Rachael Mierzwa

Rachael (Siefert) Mierzwa is a seasoned strategist currently serving as the Senior Director and Integrated Services Lead at APCO since July 2013. In this role, Rachael leads teams in developing campaigns, programs, and initiatives to address complex client needs, utilizing data and technology to effectively engage target audiences. Additionally, Rachael holds a position as a part-time instructor at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia, teaching public relations courses during the summer sessions of 2022, 2023, and 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Account Executive at Vanguard Communications and an instructor at The Bar Method. Rachael earned an M.A. in Public Communication from American University and a B.A. in Communication Studies with a focus on Marketing Management from Salisbury University.
