Malene Klim Hansen

Malene Klim Hansen has extensive experience in management and optimization roles, currently serving as Head of QRM, Business Optimization and Data at APCOA PARKING Danmark A/S since February 2020, after previously holding the position of QRM Manager. Prior to this, Malene worked at Prime Cargo A/S from April 2017 to February 2020 as Governance Risk & Compliance Manager and Global Process Manager. Malene was the owner and entrepreneur at Liv-Lean ApS from December 2012 to June 2018, focusing on workplace satisfaction as a key element for healthy financial performance and employee well-being. Additional career highlights include roles as IT Project Manager and Purchaser at SuperGros a/s, and Purchasing Manager at SimplyFood a/s. Malene began the career journey at Edeka Danmark as a purchasing trainee and assistant from August 1996 to July 1999. Malene holds a QRM Institute Silver Certificate in Quick Response Manufacturing and a Lean Manager certification from Lean Akademiet, alongside a degree from Handelsakademiet Mariager Fjord in Purchasing and Import Economics.
