Adam Richards has a diverse work experience in various industries. Adam started their career in 2005 as a National Licensing and Development Manager at Ladbrokes, where they handled betting office license applications and represented the company in court proceedings. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a District Supervisor at Ladbrokes, overseeing the performance of 16 shops and managing over 80 staff members. In 2012, they joined NCP as a Cluster Manager, responsible for 9 car parks and a team of 16 employees. Afterward, from 2014 to present, they joined APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd, initially as an Area Commercial Manager, responsible for various sites in the North West, Yorkshire, and North East regions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Commercial Asset Management. Adam has developed a wide range of skills throughout their career, including profit and loss account management, staff development, performance management, recruitment, property and maintenance management, and health and safety compliance. Adam also has experience in new business initiatives, marketing strategies, and site development.

Adam Richards attended Newbold Community School from 1997 to 1999, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Adam then went on to study at The University of Salford from 1999 to 2002, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics with a focus on gambling studies. Adam'smain field of study during this time was Business/Managerial Economics.
