Cecilia Lum

Cecilia Lum has a diverse professional background. Cecilia began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Fellow at NYU Langone Health, where they then moved on to become a Practice Manager. In 2011, Lum joined Blue Cottage of CannonDesign as a Healthcare Consultant, where they specialized in healthcare strategy, operations and facility design consulting services. In 2014, Lum joined Flatiron Health as a Senior Product Manager. During their time there, they led a team that built a first-of-its-kind genomic profiling integration, and also started Flatiron's Operational Excellence team and Customer Success and Professional Services team. In 2022, Lum was appointed Head of Product Operations at Apella.

Cecilia Lum attended the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Health Service Administration in Health Management and Policy. Prior to that, they attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Biology & Society.
