Jayne Glithero

Jayne Glithero is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over three decades in logistics and transport management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2025, Jayne has previously held significant roles at Wincanton, including Head of Operations Midlands (interim) and Contract Distribution Manager from June 2008 to June 2024, as well as Transport Manager from June 2008 to May 2010. Earlier in the career, Jayne worked at Volvo Trucks as Bodyshop Co-ordinator from 2003 to 2006 and served as Transport Manager at Rigid Containers from 1990 to 2003. Jayne's foundational education was completed at Montsaye School.
