Haley Knight

Haley Knight is a seasoned professional in program management and alliance management, currently serving as a Senior Program & Alliance Manager at Apellis Pharmaceuticals since May 2025. Prior experience includes a Program Manager role at Affinia Therapeutics from December 2020 to May 2025, where significant contributions were made to the BAG3 Dilated Cardiomyopathy program and new capsid discovery platform. At Affinia, Haley successfully managed pre-IND preparations, including a pre-IND meeting with the FDA. Earlier, Haley held various research positions, including Associate Scientist III at ALS Therapy Development Institute, where efforts focused on patient tissue and cell line characterization in the Precision Medicine Program, as well as various research assistant roles supporting projects in neuroscience and behavioral studies. Haley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience with a Pre-Med Concentration from Wheaton College Massachusetts and participated in a study abroad program focused on Medical Practices and Policy.
