Jeffrey Eisele

Jeffrey Eisele is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biostatistics fields, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include leading Research & Development, Development, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Affairs since September 2020. Additionally, Eisele serves as a Director on the Board of Apellis International GmbH since January 2023. Previous roles include Vice President at Novartis, overseeing Global Biostatistics in Neuroscience and Ophthalmology, and leadership positions at Alcon Laboratories, Schering Aktiengesellschaft, and Novartis in various biostatistics and clinical development capacities. Eisele holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Michigan and completed post-doctoral research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
