Sabina Compassi

Sabina Compassi is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Quality Responsible Person for Apellis Schweiz GmbH and Deputy Responsible Person for Apellis International GmbH since January 2022. Previously, Sabina held several significant roles at MSD Switzerland from 2009 to 2022, including Chief of Staff, Wellbeing Ambassador, and Medical Surveillance Lead, demonstrating expertise in project management, employee wellbeing, and compliance with controlled substances regulations. With a strong foundation in quality assurance and change management from prior positions at Schering-Plough Research Institute and other organizations, Sabina is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has led numerous improvement projects and initiatives across various domains.
