Timothy Sullivan

Former investment banker Timothy Sullivan is the current Chief Financial Officer at Apellis Pharmaceuticals. Timothy has also served on the board of directors for G1 Therapeutics and Molecular Templates.

Sullivan began their career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and later co-founded the boutique investment bank Hatteras Capital. In 2014, they joined the board of directors for Molecular Templates. Timothy served as a member of the board of directors for G1 Therapeutics from 2016 to 2017.

Sullivan has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Virginia and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
