Bert Mestdagh

Bert Mestdagh is a seasoned professional in the steel industry with extensive experience at Aperam since September 2012, currently serving as the WCMA Global Program Manager and Operational Excellence Lead for Services & Solutions. Bert has held multiple leadership roles, including CEO of Aperam Services & Solutions Benelux, where responsibilities encompassed profit center management, sales, and distribution within the Benelux market. Additional expertise includes overseeing the global industrial innovation program and ensuring corporate standards in industrial performance and health & safety across Aperam's finishing operations. Bert holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven, attained between 1989 and 1993.
