Ghislain Quillet

Ghislain Quillet has extensive experience in the metallurgical and engineering sectors, currently serving as Head of Fabrication and Maintenance for the Hot Rolling Mill Department at Aperam since May 2018. Prior roles at Aperam include Head of Maintenance for both Cold and Hot Rolling Mills and Head of New Works, focusing on capital expenditure management for the Alloys division. Previously, Ghislain worked at Dillinger France in various roles, including Head of New Works and Head of Investments, overseeing significant investment projects and optimizing maintenance strategies. Early career experience includes research at CNRS, contributing to a European project related to casting and solidification modeling. Ghislain holds a Doctorate in Physical Energetics and an engineering degree in Functional Materials from Grenoble INP - UGA.
