Janaina Kaizer

Janaina Kaizer is an experienced IT Architect with a robust background in technology solutions and client relationship management. Currently employed at Aperam since February 2013, Janaina focuses on detailing client business needs, proposing technical solutions, ensuring quality and service level agreements, and participating in budget planning (CAPEX - OPEX), as well as managing IT controls. Prior to this role, Janaina worked at ArcelorMittal Sistemas as a Solutions Architect and also held the position of Support Analyst, showcasing a strong foundation in system administration and support. Janaina's career began at IBM Brasil, where extensive experience was gained in managing various IT environments. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas and a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Management from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
