Manuela Scoglio

Manuela Scoglio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Manuela currently holds the position of HR Business Partner Region Europe South and L&D Lead S&S at Aperam, where they are responsible for leading HR initiatives and integrating the learning and development network. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager Italy and Learning & Development Lead S&S at Aperam, where they managed local HR activities and supported HR-related projects. Manuela also has experience as the HR Manager Italy Israel & Greece at Festo Italia, where they played a vital role in managing the strategic direction of the cluster. Manuela has previously worked as a Senior HR Project Manager at Randstad HR Solutions, supporting big companies on specific HR projects. Additionally, Manuela has held positions at Techint Spa and Nidec ASI as a Training and Recruiting Specialist and Junior HR Specialist respectively.
