Maria Wagner

Maria Wagner serves as the Head of HR IT at Aperam since May 2020, overseeing the HR portfolio and budget while managing a team of 8 HR IT specialists. Prior experiences include roles at ABB, where Maria was an IS Program Manager and subsequently an Operational Transformation Project Manager, leading complex program deliveries and HR process migrations. Earlier, Maria worked as an HR IS Business Consultant at adidas group, facilitating SAP HCM operations, and as an IS Analyst HR Systems at Philip Morris International, where significant global SAP rollouts were coordinated. Maria holds a Master's degree from Jagiellonian University and studied at Antioch College.
