Noureddine Fekiri

Noureddine Fekiri is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability and project management, currently serving as a Project Reliability Engineer at Aperam since March 2018. Fekiri's responsibilities include overseeing the cost and reliability performance of assets, defining maintenance strategies, and developing contingency plans. Prior to this role, Fekiri spent 17 years at Caterpillar in various positions, including Engineering Supervisor and Project Manager, where leadership of multidisciplinary teams and successful product introductions were key achievements. With a foundation in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Louvain La Neuve and an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, Fekiri also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and has a proven track record in quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
