Benny K.

Benny K. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Benny started their career in 2008 as a System Analyst at Singtel, where they worked until 2013. Benny then joined NCS Group as a Senior Consultant, focusing on infrastructure-related tasks and database administration. In 2017, Benny moved to Spark Systems Pte Ltd as a System Administrator. After that, they joined Visa in 2018, initially as a Senior System Engineer and later promoted to the role of Staff System Engineer. Benny joined Pure Storage in 2022 as a Technical Support Engineer for a brief period of two months. Currently, they are working at Eidosmedia as a System Engineer.

Benny K. obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Monash University Malaysia, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a MUFY program in Social Sciences at Sunway College from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Benny K. has obtained various certifications. In August 2017, they became a Red Hat Certified Engineer. Benny also holds certifications from Red Hat in High Availability Clustering (obtained in December 2020), System Administration (obtained in January 2017), Security: Linux (obtained in June 2020), Linux Diagnostics and Troubleshooting (obtained in August 2019), Linux Performance Tuning (obtained in April 2019), Virtualization (obtained in December 2018), Ansible Automation (obtained in May 2018), and Server Security and Hardening (obtained in February 2018).
