Orsa Demirel

Orsa Demirel has a strong background in the stainless steel industry, with experience spanning over 25 years. ORSA began their career as an Area Sales Manager at ASSAN Aluminium, KIBAR Group in 1995, where they excelled in sales and developed their expertise in the field. In 1998, they joined APERAM STAINLESS SERVICES & SOLUTIONS as the Commercial Director, overseeing the company's commercial operations for 17 years. Their role as Commercial Director allowed their to gain valuable insights into the industry and establish strong business relationships. In 2015, they were promoted to CEO at APERAM STAINLESS SERVICE & SOLUTIONS TURKEY, where they successfully led the company for seven years. Currently, Orsa Demirel holds the position of Head of Auto & White Goods & Consumer Goods Markets at Aperam, a role they began in 2022. Their vast experience and leadership capabilities make their a valuable asset in the stainless steel industry.

Orsa Demirel completed their education in two institutions. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Middle East Technical University, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. Prior to that, between 1985 and 1989, they attended Anatolian Technical High School, specializing in Electronics.
