Brandon Richardson began their work experience in 2005 as an Engineer at DBM Technologies. Brandon then co-founded 3ML Solutions, where they served as President. In 2006, Richardson joined Visteon as a Product Development Engineer. Finally, in 2010, they co-founded Aperia Technologies, where they served as Co-founder and CTO. At Aperia Technologies, Richardson invented and commercialized the HALO automatic tire inflator, a device that mounts to a truck rim and extracts energy from the rotating wheel to pump air into the tire when needed.
Brandon Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University between 1999 and 2004. Brandon then went on to Stanford University to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2010.
