Currently serving as a Board Member and Serial CEO, Ligocki holds positions on the boards of Lear, PPG, Carpenter Technology, and Aperia Technologies, alongside advisory roles at Lime Rock New Energy and Assembly Ventures. With a strong background in transforming organizations, Ligocki was previously the CEO of Agility Fuel Solutions and Harvest Power, achieving significant operational improvements and financial stability.
