Matt Jurcak

Matt Jurcak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Engineering Program Manager at Aperia Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Our Next Energy, Inc. as a Senior Engineering Program Manager, where they led the development of battery pack technologies and implemented business and operational processes. Before that, they served as a Program Manager at Pratt Miller, where they directed engineering teams in the development of mobility and defense products. Matt also held the position of Lead Program Manager - North America at DRiV Incorporated, where they managed new product introductions and led cross-divisional efforts. Matt Jurcak also gained experience as a Senior Quality Engineer at Eaton, providing technical guidance to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Matt began their career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Chief Engineer and later as a Senior Test Engineer, where they managed teams and oversaw critical technology-based systems development and testing.

Matt Jurcak attended the United States Air Force Academy from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering. In 2010, they enrolled at Central Michigan University and completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Value Driven Organization in 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from the Defense Acquisition University, including Science & Technology Manager Level I in November 2013, Systems Engineering Level II in August 2013, Test & Evaluation Level II in October 2011, and Test & Evaluation Level I in September 2010.
