Joe Zawadzki

Joe Zawadzki is the founder, CEO, and chairman of MediaMath, the first "demand side platform" that launched the programmatic/addressable era of digital marketing. Joe has led global teams operating in 42 countries with over 3,500 brands and agencies represented, and has annual revenue of over $100MM.

From January 2018 to December 2021, they were a general partner at MathCapital, an adtech/martech/marketing services/enabling technology sector-focused fund. Joe made primarily US-based early-stage investments and had a portfolio of over 50 companies, including ID5, TVision Insights, Kevel, tvScientific, Marpipe, and Memo.

From January 2007 to December 2021, they were managing partner at Occams Razor, LLC, an individual investment vehicle primarily in adtech/martech/marketing services. Joe made 70+ investments, including in MOAT, IAS, Appnexus, Accordant, Beeswax, Credit Karma, Dataminr, and mParticle. The cumulative exit value of their investments was over $10 billion.

From May 1999 to December 2006, they were the founder, president, and chairman of [x+1] / Poindexter Systems.

Joe Zawadzki went to Harvard University for their undergrad and majored in English. Joe then attended Ridley College.
