Ferhan Alesi is an Intercultural Consultant and Coach with extensive international experience in training and development. She has successfully designed, developed, and delivered workshops for local and global corporations in Europe, the Middle East, and North America for over twelve years. Some of her key clients include AstraZeneca, BP, Chevron, IKEA, Novo Nordisk, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, and Vodafone.
Prior to joining Aperian Global, Ms. Alesi worked as an intercultural coach at Dexia for a decade. She has extensive cross-cultural experience as an expatriate, having lived, studied, and worked in Austria, England, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Kuwait, Switzerland, and the United States. She has facilitated the development of many executives and their interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ms. Alesi can facilitate in English and Turkish and has varying levels of fluency in French, German, and Italian. She currently resides in Istanbul, Turkey.
Ms. Alesi holds a B.Sc. in hotel management and tourism from Cesar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland. She has broad academic experience in the field of cultural relations through the Institute for Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. She is a certified Cross-Cultural Trainer for several respected and well-known U.S., Canada and Europe based companies. She was also the first and only Turkish Board Member of SIETAR EUROPA.
