Sapna Rao

Sapna Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Strategist at Workplace Revolution since February 2023, Sapna also founded and operates Skin Therapy, a sustainable skincare line established in January 2016. With a solid background in cross-cultural facilitation, Sapna has held various roles at Aperian Global, including Facilitator and Director of India Operations since June 2005, where contributions focused on sales management and diversity workshops. Additional experience includes a consulting project at Wismaya Furniture and Accessories in 2019 and significant achievements in account management with AnitaB.org from 2018 to 2019. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Mount Carmel College.
