A Rachel Korah

Rachel Korah is an experienced professional in community engagement and talent management, currently serving as the Community Engagement & Talent Manager at Aperian Global since March 2012. In this role, Rachel leads the engagement of certified independent consultants and manages the global Country Specialist department, focusing on sourcing talent for cross-cultural training programs. Previous positions at Aperian Global include Senior Program Manager for the APAC region and Program Manager, where Rachel coordinated training programs and enhanced client relationships. Prior to joining Aperian Global, Rachel worked in various roles in account management, editing, and content creation across different companies, including UX Design Labs and Manthan Services. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Psychology, and Literature.
