As Aperio’s head of Talent Acquisition, Jennifer takes great pride in her role as a headhunter. She is passionate about vetting high-quality, top talent to support Aperio’s growth and the growing needs of their sponsors.

Jennifer brings with her over 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience within the life science space. Prior to Aperio, Jennifer was head of SRG Woolf Group, a clinical research staffing and recruiting organization where she was responsible for building and developing high-performing staffing teams. Jennifer is a dedicated team player with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

When she’s not recruiting the industry’s top talent, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and drinking bourbon.
