Myranda Czubak, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent development and acquisition with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Director, Talent Development & Acquisition at Common App since October 2023, Myranda focuses on enhancing talent acquisition processes with an emphasis on equity and inclusion. Previously, Myranda held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Waterford.org, and Global Talent Manager at Control4, where responsibilities included coaching teams, advising leaders on organizational design, and implementing training programs. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah, Myranda brings a strong educational foundation to a career dedicated to cultivating diverse and skilled talent pipelines.
