Paul LeBuffe

Paul LeBuffe has extensive work experience in the field of education and research. Paul began working at Devereux in 2010 as the Director of the Devereux Center for Resilient Children until 2017. In 2017, they joined Aperture Education, LLC as the VP of Research & Development. At Aperture Education, LLC, they later became a Senior Research Consultant starting in March 2021.

Paul LeBuffe attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 1972 to 1977, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development/Psychology. Following this, they pursued further education and attended Bryn Mawr College from 1977 to 1980, earning a Master of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology.
