Nicole Troost

Nicole Troost has extensive work experience in various roles within the ManpowerGroup and its subsidiaries. Nicole began their career at ManpowerGroup in 2007 as a Niederlassungsleiterin and worked in this role until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Key-Account-Manager at ManpowerGroup Deutschland. Subsequently, they joined ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions Deutschland in 2015 as the Regional Vice President for Right Management. Their most recent position is as the Head of Human Resources / Personalleitung BV at apetito catering B.V. & Co. KG, starting in 2022.

Nicole Troost completed their education with a Master of Laws degree in Business and labor law from the University of Hamburg, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Hotel management, including trainer suitability, from Hotelfachschule Hamburg from 1998 to 2000. Nicole also underwent training as a Hotelfachfrau, specializing in Hotel-, Motel- und Restaurant management, at Hotel Restaurant Rosengarten from 1993 to 1996. In 2016, Nicole Troost completed a program in Business and change management coaching at WINGS Professional Studies, affiliated with Wismar University.
