Kevin mc Donagh

Kevin Mc Donagh is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning nearly two decades in the food manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at apetito UK since January 2014, Kevin has previously held similar roles at Dairy Crest and Dale Farm, as well as the position of FRijj Production Manager. Kevin's expertise in production management was further developed during tenure as Cheese Production Manager at Dale Farm and Night Shift Manager at Moy Park. Kevin holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering Management from the University of Ulster, earned between 1996 and 2003, and completed secondary education at St. Ciaran's, Ballygawley, from 1989 to 1994.
