Saiful Islam is currently the Deputy Manager of Production Planning and Control at Apex Footwear Ltd., where they focus on optimizing factory capacity and aligning production plans with market demand. With extensive experience in production planning, including roles as an Officer and Executive in prior positions, Saiful has developed expertise in strategic production planning, capacity management, and digital production tracking. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Leather and Footwear Management from East West University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from National University, Bangladesh. Saiful is passionate about continuous improvement and applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
