Gary Caldwell

Gary Caldwell, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading implementations and support for advanced systems in large organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at apexanalytix since January 2022, Gary oversees the implementation of ApexPortal SRM at client sites, managing budget and schedule effectively. Previously, Gary spent 27 years at PepsiCo in various senior management roles including Global Mobility and Portal Development, Trade Promotion Management, and SAP Customer Master Data Management, where responsibilities included leading global teams, optimizing trade promotions, and supporting over 25,000 mobile devices for sales operations. Gary began career as a Controller at Bowling & Billard Supplies of Dallas, managing all accounting-related activities. Education includes dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
