Vikas Garg

Vikas Garg is an experienced Application Support Team Lead at apexanalytix since January 2023, managing a team of 8 to provide technical support and maintain the vendor portal web application. Prior to this, Vikas served as Application Support Manager at Safeguard Global from October 2017 to January 2023, leading a team of 13 to deliver functional and technical assistance for payroll applications to over 10,000 employees and overseeing the implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) solutions. Earlier, as an I.T Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2011 to October 2017, Vikas led a team of 5 in functional requirements gathering and gap analysis for banking and government clients, demonstrating strong analytical skills in problem-solving and process flow design. Vikas holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jalandhar, obtained in 2010.
