Melanie Williams currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Admin Department Manager for Residential Servicing at Apex Bank, a position held since August 2018. With a strong background in auditing, loan processing, and quality control, Melanie ensures the accuracy of loan servicing disclosures and manages insurance coverage for collateral properties. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Administrative Assistant at Apex Bank, as well as experience in customer service and call center operations at Fortera Credit Union and Convergys Intelligent Contact. Melanie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from ECPI University and an Associate's degree in English, Economics, and Spanish from the IFA Institut for Foreign Languages.
