Ernesto Vigoreaux

Ernesto Vigoreaux is an experienced professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as a Member of the Planning Board for the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson since December 2023. As Chief of Staff at Apex Building Group, Inc. since July 2020, Ernesto assists in managing company operations, strategy, and real estate development. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at RUPCO, Inc., Chief Development Officer at AAFE Hardesty Renaissance Economic Development Corporation, and Chief Operating Officer at Asian Americans for Equality, among others. Ernesto holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from UCLA and has completed an Executive Education Certificate in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School.
