Dean Tetirick

Dean Tetirick is an experienced legal and financial professional currently serving as Vice Chairman of Apex Capital Corp since 2020, having initially joined the company in 2007 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Apex, Dean was a Partner at Cantey Hanger LLP in Fort Worth, Texas, where from 1984 to 2006, the focus was on private and public securities offerings, business acquisitions and dispositions, entity selection and formation, software licensing, and employee stock incentive plans. Earlier in the career, Dean worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young LLP from 1979 to 1981, progressing through audit and tax groups. Dean Tetirick holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University, along with a CPA license in Texas since 1981.
