Christopher Chao

Christopher Chao is a Property Analyst at Apex Clean Energy, focusing on managing land assets for renewable energy projects and ensuring timely lease payments. Previously, as a Land Management Associate, Christopher prepared and processed numerous real estate contracts and developed a new auditing process for company assets. Christopher has held various positions, including Student Research Assistant at The University of Virginia School of Architecture, where contributions were made to a project on innovative applications of rammed earth materials, and Treasure Tree Director at Davidson Lands Conservancy, where Christopher led community conservation efforts. Christopher's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with honors from Davidson College and a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia.
