Olivia Romaniuk

Olivia Romaniuk, AACI, P.App., has extensive experience in property valuation and assessment, currently serving as a Commercial/Industrial Property Valuation Analyst and Property Inspector at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation since September 2017. Previous roles include Property Inspector - Summer Student and Front Office Assistant, with early experience as an Office Administrator at The Property Collective Ltd. Olivia holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from UBC Sauder School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Real Estate from the University of Guelph, and has pursued additional education in languages and real property administration. Olivia's educational background is complemented by ongoing studies in Italian at Università degli Studi di Udine.
