Vincent Reres

Vincent Reres serves as Real Estate Counsel at Apex Clean Energy since March 2022, specializing in leasing, development, sales, and acquisition of sites for renewable energy facilities. Prior to this role, Reres was External Counsel to AT&T at Ford Law Firm from May 2011 to April 2022, overseeing telecommunications site agreements. Reres also held the position of Regional Counsel to Verizon Wireless at Amato Law Group from April 2005 to May 2011, and provided corporate counsel to Severn Trent/Kelda and Aquarion Services at Elias Group from September 2002 to April 2004. Early career experiences included roles at Goldman & Associates, BBLP Pavia e Ansaldo, and Dobson & Pinci Law Offices, focusing on various commercial agreements for multinational companies. Vincent Reres earned a Juris Doctor in Corporate/International Law from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Hofstra University.
