Caroline Fox Woodbury

Caroline Fox Woodbury is an experienced real estate attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Real Estate at Lovesac since December 2023. Previously, Caroline operated her own practice as a Real Estate Attorney from October 2022 to January 2024 and held the position of Senior Counsel - Real Estate at Sonder Inc. from October 2021 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Real Estate Counsel at Macerich, and as General Counsel at DWC Commercial Properties, LC. Caroline also practiced as Principal at her own firm prior to joining Macerich. Caroline Fox Woodbury holds a Juris Doctor from the SMU Dedman School of Law, a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University, and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business.
