Michael Kouvaras

Michael Kouvaras, MSPH, CIH, currently serves as Program Manager and Environmental, Health and Safety Project Manager at Apex Companies, LLC since November 2018. Prior experience includes Project Manager for EHS Services at Emilcott, focusing on Legionella control in various sectors, and Industrial Hygiene Project Manager at Bureau Veritas, with similar project management responsibilities. Michael also held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at KAM Consultants Corp, managing significant budgets for Asbestos and Lead Assessment contracts. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science & Policy from the University of South Florida.
